Velvet Glacier - EP

What does the name like “Velvet Glacier” imply? A juxtaposition between two completely differing qualities, that’s for sure. Similar is their music: almost unbearably bassy and minimal and first, gradually exposing the skeletal, yet beautiful melodies under heavy, low-end drones and moments of wonder hidden in pulsations. Like listening to a rainbow emerging shyly from the melting glacier in the spring sun.
